For information regarding Level 2 Sex offenders registered in Winchester, download the form below, complete the information requested and bring it to the Winchester Police Department at 30 Mt. Vernon Street. The law only allows the public to receive information on those required to register and are classified by the Sex Offender Registry Board as Level 2 (moderate risk) or Level 3 (high risk). Information is not available to the public if a person is classified as a Level 1 (low risk) offender or if he/she has not yet been classified by the board.
